Charles Carroll – Founder and C.E.O
Founder of Integrated Biometric Technologies (IBT), Charles is the creator of the applicant/civilian market for electronic finger printing used in the United States. His comprised technology for fingerprint, iris and facial recognition software is the standard for the applicant and criminal market. The FBI, TSA, US State Department and various countries throughout the world currently utilize his innovative technology.
This IBT software application is resourced for criminal-history, background searches, for identification of terrorists and for the identification of any persons who would seek the harm of innocent civilians. Further, Charles Carroll is responsible for the development of a next generation of biometrics that will ensure for the security and simplification of private consumer applications.
This year, his original company, IBT, will process over 5 million people and generate more than $300 million dollars in revenue. In recent years, IBT was acquired by L1 and Safran/Morpho.
Today, Charles Carroll serves as the Sr. Vice President of MorphoTrust, USA, which encompasses the largest network of enrollment centers in the United States and its surrounding territories. He has a successful history of recognizing and developing the innovative technology necessary to meet the demand of emerging markets. His experience in the development of strategy and business models that bring technology products to market has met great success.
Allan Clarke-President and technical Director
Allan is the Chairman and Founder of Global Green International Investments Pte Ltd. (GGII). With a background in Project Management, Allan’s experience spans 25 years internationally. He has won multiple awards in various fields to include: Construction, Sales and Development.
Allan has vast experience in the commercialization of intellectual property, having succeeded in the commercialization of his first invention over 30 years ago. He is a consummate entrepreneur, heralding a seasoned business background and an accompanying record of accomplishments.
Claudia Azevedo– Chief Financial Officer
Claudia serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Green Energy. Claudia’s financial experience has enabled her to serve in various positions of Corporate Finance for the past 20 years. During her career, Claudia has served as a Sr. Vice-president of American Express and additionally as Treasurer for the Pepsi Cola Corporation. Her responsibilities for GGE include: Corporate Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Internal Auditing, Treasury and Tax Computation, Internal Controls, Corporate Governance Reporting, Risk Management Assessment, and Sarbanes Oxley. Additionally Claudia serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Richard Pullen – Chief Operational Officer
Richard serves GGE as an Appropriate Technologist. With over 25 years of operational experience, he has directed as many as 10,000 employees throughout 19 different counties. Richard has a proven track record of delivering multi-faceted, technology-based projects and businesses to market. His expertise has driven sound ideas from their conception stage to fully operational companies.
Among his significant positions, Richard has served as C.O.O. for Global Green International Investments in Singapore. His work efforts have spanned new projects in India and Malaysia as well as Australia. Additionally he has served as the General Manager for Development Technology Workshop; a British non-profit organization that focuses on landmine and UXO removal as well as other appropriate, humanitarian, technological projects. Richard also served as the Managing Director for The Fair Manufacturing Company, a Cambodian food processing company that supplies various American markets.
Alan Brousseau-Senior Vice President-Legal, Investor Relationships and Strategy
A seasoned executive, Alan has provided strategic, operational excellence to a wide variety of companies in the energy, security and food technology industries. His experience spans varied disciplines, including law, finance, sales/marketing, business development, and entrepreneurship. His vast experience has been derived from his roles in both private and public companies, serving as: Executive Vice President International, EVP Business Services, EVP Business Development, VP Strategy and Strategic Relationships, VP Corporate and Legal Affairs and VP Investor Relations.
Alan earned his Juris Doctor from Osgood Hall Law School in Toronto after completing his Bachelor of Commerce Honors Economics (cum laude) from Concordia University. He is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada and resides in Toronto, Ontario (Canada).
John Hayes – Vice President of Sales
John Hayes hails a professional 30-year career in the field of Security and Law Enforcement. Formally educated in New York, he holds both a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree.
John has proven experience in international sales; successfully delivering multi-million dollar, high-end, technological security equipment to market. The value of his experience is heightened by his success with high pressure, time sensitive, logistically complex sales like that political arenas provide. Additionally John has sales experience in the “Build, Operate, and Transfer” model. He has an impressive record for successfully negotiating and closing long-term Build, Operate, and Transfer sales.
